Debbie
is someone that you can communicate with, even with your little
confidences that you want to convey to your families, to your
grandchildren and your great grandchildren.
It is a legacy that you will be happy to invite her, and
meet with her. I truly suggest you looking into it. You’re
reliving your life to a confidante who is helping you to relay
your history to your family and families to come.

I
am delighted with the video of my 88-year-old mother. Although
I’ve heard most of the stories before this, I was surprised
by a few I had never heard before. But much more important,
is the video provides those stories for my children and my nieces
and nephews. That is priceless.

I
had Visiting Video come and interview my grandmother who’s
99 years old. I can’t tell you how wonderful it is to
have her stories preserved for me to watch over and over again,
and for my children, my children’s children, and all the
relatives to have. It’s a fabulous thing to do. I am making
a list of everybody that I need a video of.

I
did this report back in middle school about my family heritage,
and now that I’m in college, I look back and I wish that
I would have known this information because it would have helped
me out a lot. A long time ago, when people asked me where I
come from or where my family’s from, their background,
if I would have known this stuff, I could have told them all
these very interesting things.
It’s
great. It’s a lot of fun to watch, and it will stay with
you forever.
